customer service: You can start Apidexin and Detoxufree at the same time. For Apidexin take 1-3 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch with 12-16oz of water. With Detoxufree 72 take 3 capsules 30 min before breakfast and lunch with 12 oz of water. Do not take for more than 3 consecutive days. Do not use detox supplements for another 30 days.

customer service: No, you take it for the first 3 days, and then wait another 30 days to take it. You continue to take Apidexin all month long.
