UM i was super sick...... so no no big wild benders for me! I had good food with family and friends... came home had a few beer played "buzz" on the ps3 with is a wicked trivia game so it was a blast! All the best 2009 for ya Lakrat!

Family...food.... friends...finally its bout over....nothing left but a good hangover....haha....I had a great christmass...I survuved it...Hope ya have a great New Years....and no one has to bail ya out.....or atleast they are their to share it with ya........smile
UM I think i've gained 100lbs over the holidays too many ppl willing to feed me too much good food.... oh and the tonne of chocolate i ate didn't help oh well back to the gym How were your holidays?
