Wow, hate to lose a job when it's not by choice but sometimes that can move you in a better direction. I hope that's the case for you. Do check out those books because they talk about how to negotiate in the job market too. We Women just don't seem to value ourselves as highly as men will value themselves - know I'm guilty of that.

Seriously, u must be like my American twin or something...Im better today...it helps to hear other people's opinion and get some insight into your own thinking process...Im constantly second guessing myself so it feels good to confirm my own thoughts just by having someone else debate them...How are you doing today?
