- Well I have decided to take my life back. I'm 21 years old and I topped the scales at 294 pounds. I couldn't believe it. for the last few weeks I have been working hard and have lost 10 pounds. My goal is to one day be 140 pounds so I have a long way to go but I know I can do it!
