In relation to BV.... yes, you will need to get antibiotics from the doctor - I am unsure of the antibiotics name, I have only had it once before in the past as the doctor felt I had BV.
Hi there I can confirm that there is no link between the two, from research I was reading at the time, I drew the conclusion. My gyno mentioned that Strep B is a normal bug in our body that can grow out of control. I at the moment have it and the doctor prescribed antibiotics to decrease the number. She suggested to use Dermaveen shower gel/soap as it helps maintains the normal balance down there.
