That's a good idea. I think I'll keep a journal or something to progress when it happens...or even when it doesn't happen. I really am frustrated and you've given me a lot of insight.

Thought I'd leave a message here if that's ok. I just wanted to thank you so much for being understanding and offering possible solutions. I am feeling a lot better now-a-days. It comes and goes for me. Sometimes a couple of hours...sometimes days. What helped you through the 'black days' as I call them?
