From all reports I am reading this is not the first time. Everyone likes to make you think that you are the only one with a problems. I know that there is one report on the maude FDA database of pregnancy. They erased most of the narratives on the database about the problems with medical devices. Supposedly a mistake but we will see if they put them back in. We cannot do much until the FDA recieves enough complaints about this product to issue a warning. Hi I had my essure placed 11/08 and just tested positive for a uterine pregnancy this past monday 10/19/09. My ob/gyn called and told me that I was the first documented case of this happening which I now see is untrue.

Is there a class action suit for this?
