Sounds like you are busy, trim and all that never gets cheaper! I like to poke around the Habitat Humanity store and another construction recycling place for all sorts of goodies.

Here's my painting tip (I do a lot of it - I manage rental property) Using your cut-in brush paint messages or designs on the walls before you roller them. You can be write good wishes like - joy, happiness, peace or other things - like what's under the paint of my bedroom walls - never had a man in there - maybe it was too much ! LOL

I'm down right now - I got dumped. I'll get over it in a year or two.
