  1. hi pictures,
Well I heard of the C on this forum. Some women had tried it with success (though some only temporarily). There used to be a vaginal vitamin c sold in drug stores but it was discontinued. From what I researched that product was developed by doctors.
I appreciate what you say about the sprays, perfumes etc. - those are bad things! I've never used them, though I was tempted these past several months.
Anyhoo. I am still bv symptom- free for now, but I'll keep the forum posted on that.
    Thanks

avoid the vit-c thing, it will not work. where did you get that from?. in my early nursing career I have seen alot and heard alot, but the Vit-c never heard of that. I believe you are looking for and you dont have to pay for it, it the vinegar diluted with water, you can drink it, and use it for douching. but avoid any perfumes, sprays. avoid drinking coffee, dark colas and beer, wine, and winecoolers.
to play it safe see a Dr.

When my BV became chronic last November I would go about a week or two between the bad symptoms. During those milder times I still had a faint odor and of course my periods were always the worst times. Having periods and having sex would really bring the problem to the surface I guess you could say.

As I mentioned in one of my forum posts, I noticed my BV getting
