Keep going strong!...the heaviest I have ever been was 225 pounds, today, I am 175 pounds. I work out regularly (3 to 4 times a week), eat right and sleep at least 7 hours a night. Thus, I can be done.

Good luck and stay strong...good things happen to those who go through pain but stay the course towards something better...

Just wanted to say that if the lady in the picture is you...wow!, you are indeed a beautiful woman - at least my type. Congrats....
