    Hi there sweetie...

    So today is the 28th day of your cycle. Take a breather and relax for a few. You have cramps, that is a good sign, you have protected sex, that is a good sign. Your period will change many many times throughout your life. This may be one of those times. Give it a couple of days, if you still don't get anything, take a pregnancy test. If it is negative, give yourself another week to start. Stress can cause a delayed period, so breathe and relax. If you don't start after a week, there are some natural remedies in which you can use to help start your period along. Ginger Root tea, black cohosh, etc.
