Not as much a big thing as welsh rarebit (basically, cheese on toast) As for what i know about wales, hmm..well i live right on the east border, but i did go to university on the west coast for 4 years..and its full of sheep (the stories are true...) What stands out the most, are the people..so laid back, incredibly cheeky but in a great way, wonderfully friendly, they'll welcome anyone..

Ok mif heres my question, comment On wales. I've some family background there, not sure where but I've been reading these Novels about a small town in Wales, Constable Evans Mysteries by Rhys Bowen - Very good writer, last I heard she's living I think in calif. But she writes a Series also on theis young lady that left Ireland to exscape a possible murder charge after a guy had attempted to rape her - She basically fled for her life - It's the Molly Murphy Series set in the turn of the century in New York, very,very good I would recommend those more than the others -

Any way she has a real nack for describing the details of Wales, she goes over there i guess, you know they usally do.
But I cant remember the name of the quaint little town next to some cliff and the ocean.
