You can listen to Abraham Hicks on youtube, that will help you. Then eat a small piece of bread in the morning. Something small at luch- or anytime of the day you can eat as much fruit and veggies as you want. Then at dinner eat a big salad. Good luck
Can you give me a sample of a small breakfast and lunch. I never know exactly how small they should be. And what type of exercise did you do? I've always ran, but I can't run as far now since I stopped for about a year. I get frustrated with that a lot. I get to go see my boyfriend in a month so I would like to lose enough weight to look good in a bikini again. I also have senior photos sometime this summer. I'm 17 and 135lbs. I would like to be anywhere from 110-115lbs.
