He has never "played" with me but he does know I want him too. He said a few months ago the he would in December. Half way thru December and and still nothing - OH WELL!!

I'm assuming after 19 years that you've mentioned your frustration to him, but perhaps trying to convince him of the joy you experience when he does "play" with you might make him get the point. Worth a try. If he knows where you stand you never know hoe it may affect things.

I agree. He needs to get his sh_t together but after 19 years I have no hope. My name should be "Sexually Frustrated"!
