You really are all over the place. You remind me of Jonah - the physicist in The Goal (Business novel by Goldratt). Nothing new for me. Maybe if I get a job and my green card/work permit - that'd be the new ones.
Hi, Not much new other than more travel (of course). Went to Sweden (very nice, but not particularly interesting), and Japan (OK - but I've been to that area several times before). Then went on vacation to Borneo and Bali - Great rain-forest, really interesting trip. I'm off to see family in Ohio this weekend - it would actually be nice to have a few weeks home, but doesn't seem to happen. My wife and I still do lots of fun things together - but not much that would be considered "romance" - she just doesn't seem interested. Hope life is going well for you - anything new?
How are you, Richard?
Apparently, AT&T doesn't have our area covered yet. I can use my iPhone though not on 3G, likewise, DSL is a dream. There is another company we could use but we are holding off since they charge more $$. We cannot afford it as of now since my hubby is the only earner. Green card application and the preps needed for it would cost us more, so we're tightening our belts. Romance wore off, huh? Well, I hope you still do some enjoyable things together. On my end, I feel like I'm the one who always wants it, and then I feel like distancing when I don't get acknowledged. Ah, such is life.
Hi, things have been good but busy. Wife and I took a trip to the north-west coast for a few days (flew my plane there). Cools waves breaking over rocks on the beach, redwoods forests, etc. Nice hotel room right above the ocean. Very romantic (setting that is, no romantic activities sadly - but I"ve pretty much given up on that). Then in a couple of weeks, off to Sweden (Yes, I travel too much). I needed to turn down another trip to Italy later this year, just couldn't take the time. Why no internet at home for you? How has life been treating you?
The joys of being a home maker 24/7 without Internet ( but my iPhone) is hitting me like a storm. How have you been?
Hi, Richard! I'd love to see Venice someday. Loving husband and I just watched the movie, Killers and it should a bit of that place. You should be resting now, but jetlag is something to deal with. I feel special that you greeted me amidst your stress :-)
Hi from Venice! (Actually I'm in Trieste at the moment for a business meeting, but spent the day in Venice - one of my favorite cities) (its 2am, jetlagged and not sleeping)
It looks like something the Emperor in Star Wars would live in. Sort of futuristic evil concrete fortress. I quite like it.
I looked it up. It looks like a big weird ship. It must feel weirder inside.
