i dont do yoga as much as i used to......im rather bad at it. haha i just like making myself more flexible! its fun......so i do more stretching now than the breathing stuff. though ive neglected it as of late! yeah, tonage would be nice. maybe work on that for prom! need to increase my stamina so i can dance!!! hahahaha rolling your hips and shaking your booty takes some work!! lol
HAHA... Your cute... Then try workouts using your own body weight... You'll get tone and look supper healthy. I practice Yoga too... It doesn't get you fit... Its more for breathing and stretching...
i dont wanna pump iron!! haha i dont wanna be a female body builder! i like mroe like stretching. like yoga. its fun. i do crunches though!! wooo!

Pictures are worth a thousand words, but emotions are worth a thousand pictures. You cant just dismiss what your body and mind are trying to tell you. Thats how people fall into depression. They constantly force themselves to stop listing to there mind until one day the voice is so loud that they just give up. Listen to what your mind is telling you. What are you thinking to much about? Is it something you can change or work on? Is it something that is beyond your control? Ofcourse I can crack a few jokes but Im much more interested in fixing the problem at hand.
