ive read that you are a runner. well i have to take a fitness test very soon and i need some advice. for the test, i must ATTEMPT to walk 3 miles in 36 minutes, which means "run" to me. I have been practicing, but I have not reached the target within the 36 minutes. I dont have enough time left to train. so i just need advice on what to do the night before. i just nervous because my grade depends on my endurance. Do you have any advice that can guarantee im physically prepared for that day.. I also have to bench press up to 50 reps and do 50 consecutive crunches.
