I love it here! Ive been on this site since I was 16, and have made many life long friends. CW is my mum, Little is my best bud/sister from another mister, Caterpillar is my sister...the list goes on! I have people from here on my xbox live account, facebook...you name it, theyre there.

OH those tenants?!?! Theyre super fun! I had a guy last night with his TV blasted, and then decided to make a can of beans on the stove...and fall asleep. I had to call the fire dept due to his smoke detector going off for 10 minutes straight, and the smoke in my halls. As soon as they opened the guys door...the building alarms went off, and then the sprinklers too. The guy was lucky that the fire team wasnt five mintues longer. He wouldn't have survived. It has been two days, with no sleep.

MOST of my tenants are great! I run my buildings like a giant family. I built snowmen with the building kids in our pjs today...I wore my nerd space pjs just for them...in public. ...dont judge the pants

Figures it wouldn't get read here...I have no clue what I'm doing, I'm still new to forums, and have no idea where/how to respond to any of this. I'll just stay here and self-amuse myself in my never-never land of forum folly, pretending I have friends that read my postings, but who perhaps don't even actually exist. I think I do this sort of thing a lot actually.

My favorite kinds of tenants are those who don't pay the rent, trash the apartment, call the city code inspector to complain about the mess, and then have the landlord fined for the condition the TENANT put the apartment in, while the city makes sure the rent is withheld until the landlord cleans up their mess.

Oh the JOY of land-lording.

(I've been fortunate...I don't own the places, and have not had a really bad tenant in a good ten years now, knock on the wood of my head).
