i had carpal tunnel on my left hand and will do the other one in a month or so. i am unable to type so having my son do this for me. gotta love the help from him.

How is your journey? I was gone due to surgery. Stopped taking the pills for a week and now back to the pre surgery weight.

I was very athletic as well. I have 3 children, able to get under the pre pregnancy weight, however it starts to distribute differently in your body once turning 30 and after kids. I also have a sit down job, so that hurt me as well. My problem normally is overeating, sweets and not exercising, so now I have stopped it all, changing my ways as I am getting older, you realize you cannot eat like you used to in the 20s.

I am not depending on this for "the miracle pill" as a lot indicate others use it for. I know there is no miracle pill but only a supplement to the things you are doing. It also gives the added inspiration to keep going. I will post for the 72 hrs and being truthfull as well as I am hoping others are doing. After that I will be weekly and update measurements.

How is the Apidexin going for you? I started today and so far am doing alright. I am going to stick with this and hope to see some kind of result. I have wasted money on this stuff before so will just have to see.
