I am sick of all the lies and distortions about Health Care Reform. I went to Canada for surgery to have basal cell carcinoma excised. The cost for me, an American, was $467, which included the pathology report. If I had the procedure done in Billings, MT, it would have cost $4500. In the US, 60% of all bankruptcies are medically related and of the number, 40% are people with insurance. I am an educator and have decent coverage, yet I have been in medical for 5 years. It is crippling.
