Hey! Sorry it took me so long to respond...haven't visited the site in a long time...I just don't want to think about PCOS any more...I feel like I am a disease or something...but I'll digress...I have an appointment with the endocrinologist at the end of the month...I hope he can hand out a little more support than my gyno...I was doing well with the eating right...then like everything else, I got fed up of eating salads...salad with chicken, salad with shrimps, salad with tuna, salad with crab, salad with egg....I sound like that guy in Forrest Gump..."Shrimp with garlic, butterfly shrimp, shrimp gumbo, shrimp tar tar"....lol....as far as exercise goes, my joints with the combination of the weather make it hard...I try and walk and dance; its not so bad but sometimes my joints and back hurt...what can you do?...that's life...
