I think many people grow up with the sense that there are two emotions; anger and happiness. There is no distinguishing things like frustration, dispair, boredom, being thwarted, pleased. joyful. Pretty much its black or white. Sally, you have some wonderful insights into things. You've had a lot of frustration though. Injury, this surgery, I think you were raised with some expectations for what you might have in life and haven't gotten that too? If you were to describe your feeling with a color, what color would they be?
