30 lbs in 4-5 months isn't completely unheard of, but don't torture yourself to do it. What you want to do is make a life change rather than "diet" in the daily sense of the word and exercise yourself to death. Numerical weight is really misleading anyways. I guarantee if you cut out the junk and exercise like you said, your body will look great in 4 months, but you might even weigh more than you do now because muscle weighs more than fat. Good luck and keep updating your thread if you have any questions for the whole forum
Thanks for the advice. I had a question. If I were to exercise 5x a week, for like 45 minutes a time, plus yoga once a week, and cutting out all super fatty foods like alchohol, sweets, and tons of carbs, is there any way possible I could lose the 30 pounds I'm aiming for. Total honesty here would be appreciated, cuz if i'm pysching myself out too much for something that'll never happen, I might not even go back to my hometown. It's a beach town ya know, and without that beach body, idk if I'll even feel comfortable. And btw, i'm 19 haha, i just wanna protect my privacy online.
