Default thought I had perimenopause

I am a very health concious vegetarian fitness instructor. For the last 3 yrs I've had some extreme issues (too many periods, extrememly heavy periods, extreme mood swings, depression, weight gain, insomnia etc etc) that have been able to be greatly relieved by my herbalist, although not 100%. Too make a very long story short my problems have been soy.
I have been eating way too much of it (up to 60 g a DAY).....about 20 g a WEEK is recommended!! Just google soy and alot of info comes up....now I'm taking more hemp, pea, and whey protien. Hope this might help someone!
