Hi I'm Paula i have just joined today and need some advise about menopause.
i had a hysterectomy when i was in my 30s but still have my ovaries, i was put on hrt and was on them till 8 months ago, can you tell me do you go into menopause when you come of them as i have all the symptoms really bad. If so what can i do to try and relieve some of the symptoms.Hope you can help me
