It's better for you that you will consult your DR. You can ask him about your problem.

I did a search and have read a few of the threads that came up, but I'm still sort of looking for answers. I'm wondering what I should be considering by way of treatment.
I'm 44 had a hysterectomy at 29 for major issues, I kept my ovaries. I've just started to experience night sweats and I DON'T like it.
I'm hoping that someone on here can suggest something that will help.
I've just gone back to the gym after about a 6 week lazytime. I'm wondering if that has some impact?
I no longer have a OBGYN since he passed away a couple of years back so I'm going to have to speak to my family DR about this. I'd like to go in armed with information, I don't want to screw around with things that aren't going to be helpful.
Thanks in advance for the advice!!

I will be seeing him on the 7th of October. I was hoping to find some suggestions prior to going to see him. My sister has recently been diagnosed with terminal Cancer and I'm afraid of HRT. Most Doc's seem to try to steer you towards HRT.
I"m currently trying a supplement called Adreanal Sense, it does seem to be helping some. I've been on it about 4 weeks. I'm only waking up once or twice a night now with night sweats. Much better then I was. The daytime hot flashes have deminished too.
