I have not had a period since June (before that, periods were irregular/light for several years), and so have assumed that perhaps I am headed for menopause. I've had the usual symptoms for several years -- skin changes, vaginal dryness, some hot flashes for a while. For the last two weeks, however, my breasts have been unbelievably sore --- like they used to get before a period. Also, I'm feeling the need to urinate more frequently --- which also used to be normal before a period. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it possible to have these symptoms during menopause, or does it mean I will get another period?
