Thread: Menopause w/o hot flashes

I feel like I've been perimenopausal for years. I don't seem to have the classic menopausal symptoms. For example, lighter to no periods instead of heavy periods & no hot flashes. I do have thining hair, changes in skin texture, muscle aches, fuzzy thinking (sometimes can't find the right word or say something other than what I intended). Has anyone else experienced this? I'm 47 and started menstruating at 11.

Hi Mom2 what you have described sounds just like me. I am 49 and I am having similar symptoms as you. I have never felt so low in all my life I never realised I would feel like this on the on-set of the menopause.
