I have been taking icool and just started my 5th week. At first, they seemed to be helping. I have been sleeping better and not having as many night sweats. However, the hot flashes have become much worse. Icool doesn't seem to be working at all. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have used i-cool for two months and have found it really does work as promised. My hotflashes have dramatically reduced. Locally, I have found it available at Walgreens and CVS stores. I noticed on person wrote that it caused her gastrointestinal issues, which I have not noticed. I will continue to recommend and use.

I also join this forum because I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing the symptoms I am having; first off, I am on my second box of I-cool, and my hot flashes have gotten worse. Last night, I got up at 12:30 and took another shower I was sweating so badly. I haven't had a good night's sleep since I started this product. I keep telling myself that maybe I need to take it one more day, to get the result most people are singing about, but so far nothing..... I have to be honest about the stomach issues: I started feeling very bloated and uncomfortable, then I had the urge as if I wanted to have a bm, but nothing was coming... I was feeling this way all day long so I went to the emergency room to have myself checked out... nothing. I know... I am crazy to keep taking the stupid pill, but I am waiting for it to work while in the meantime, I am as bloated and queasy as anything. I am about to throw them in the toilet and flush them ... o I can't do that they are in plastic. But, to the people who rave about I-cool, more power to you, but there are those of us who find no pleasure in using this product... IT HAS NOT WORKED FOR ME...I THINK IT HAS MADE MY SYMPTOMS WORSE AND MAKES MY STOMACH SICK...

I started taking Icool about 8 months ago, I have noticed a huge difference. Instead of having 6-8 episodes of night sweats, I have 1 or 2.. I think my daytime hotflashes have lessened by atleast 80%. It did take about 10 days to notice a difference. the package says it can take up to 30 days. I ran out about 4 days ago, Walmart is out of it, and if I thought it wasn't helping, this sure showed me it was. I had 6 hotflashes at work today, and didn't sleep well for the past 2 nights..give it a chance. Also, I have had no side effects like the person with the stomach problems. if any, dry mouth at times, that's it.
