Thread: Pmdd and menopause cure! Please read!!

At 42 yrs old, after 2 children, I started really suffering from pmdd and possibly started perimenopause. MY mom and aunt had menopause in their 40's. I went to the ob/gyn for help several times. Of course, I was perscribed birth control pills (which ended up causing high blood-even though I am normal weight and in good health!) and they recommended antidepressants and ablation surgery for $2,500! The doctors do not want to recommend vitamins and natural supplements. Perhaps because they won't get any kickbacks like they do from drug companies.

I extensively researched natural supplements and vitamins. I knew there was something out there to try!
The Vitamin Shoppe recommended Oceans 3 by Garden of Life. I LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!!! This product is AMAZING! It started working right away. My first month on it, I didn't even know I was starting my period!

In months prior, I was doubled over in pain from cramps and was taking Advil every 4 hours! MY periods were so heavy, I was using Super Plus every 1-2 hours the first 2 days of my period! I was miserable with pms, anxiety and insomnia at night, weight gain and moodiness.

I no longer have pms/pmdd symptoms! My periods are significantly lighter, insomnia and anxiety are gone, irritablity and moodiness gone and I feel wonderful! I even have more energy and I'm not overeating! I have suggested this product to anyone that is suffering!!
