Question Horrible endless weeping and melancholy

Does anyone else suffer from this? If so, how do you control it? I don't want to be a big wuss! I have a lovely happy relationship but don't want to bother him with all my female hormonal too much. I have worries about my parents, which I think makes me cry, but this uncontrollable weeping and sadness is something I cannot just attribute to that. Has anyone got any suggestions apart from vodka?? Thank you! x

    How old are you?
Do you think this could be related to hormone changes with perimenopause?
