I will turn 31 yrs old in a couple of months, lately for the past couple of months a have been getting different symptoms when i am about to start on my period. I have experienced cramping not bad cramps but its been two weeks before my period begins, and bloating. Also i have experienced a warm sensation all over my body during the day and night which is very uncomfortable, also with this symptoms i am getting headaches. Can this be early menopause i have heard of early menopause for some women.
    please help

It sounds to me like you are having normal symptoms from your period. You may not have experienced them before, but are now due to a change in your hormones. As time passes, our hormones change and so do the symptoms we experience with our cycles. I am 27 and have bad cramping, bloating, and hot flashes a week before and during my period. Some women go through this and some don't. I would not be concerned about menopause just yet. If your period becomes really irregular or nonexistent, then you might have a chance of being near menopause, but even the irregular periods are normal for many women. Menopause typically comes after 40. Hope this helps!
