Hi, I googled and ended up here! I am 46, mumma of 4, had tubes tied 10yrs ago. I am experiencing escalating painful breast lumps, I know they are cystic, had a mammogram (dear Lord that was awful) and oozed brown goop everywhere, how confusing and embarassing. Turned out the lumps were not harmful, just painful and disappeared after the next period. These days I have painful lumps (small boobs - sometimes the lumps are bigger!) 3 weeks a month. Extremely heavy and long periods, plus awful back pain, major fatigue and generally a miserable time. Am considering having the hysterectomy, just wanted to know if the breast lumps would go away after a hysterectomy if I kept my ovaries? Read lots about both issues but haven't read anything about the two together.

These are great questions, and I for one am glad you asked..because, this means you need to see a gynecologist! This are hard decisions and are definitely life changing..check our my post??? I would rather you researched through a doctor rather than just advice. But, great talking about it, I am so glad you asked.
