Question Not Right

I always been regular about my period since I was about 20. I'm 26 now, and in July my period was supposed to start around the 25th, well, it didn't start til the 2nd of August. Lasted for the norm 5-6 days. This month, it didn't start until the 6th, I barely spotted for 3 days. Then it quit completley for 2 days. All of a sudden the following day, I am cramping terribly, and bleeding like you wouldn't believe. For one day only...then nothing. I heard stress could affect this, but
I'm not under a lot of stress. Any suggestions. I go to my GP Wednesday, I was thinking about bringing it up, but then maybe not.

Bring it up! It never hurts to talk to your doctor about things like this.

Things like this happen to women a lot...

Hello Becky
My Periods are always irregular and they go for 5-7 months without a period and it scares me and I don't want to go to the doctor because she might tell me something bad and I can't take any bad news I think it might be just hormonal imbalance or Endometreosis. But I might try that Vitamin K is for Blood Clots and Magnesium I've never thought about those I might look into that. I'm still on the search for a Gynecologist

Smile irregular periods

irregular periods can be caused by alot of things, but before you get alarmed try looking at the fact it could be a hormonal inbalance. a poor diet and lack of physical activity can cause a hormonal inbalance. i urge everyone who reads this to check out how important magnesium and vitamin k is to a womans health. they have a book on sale at amazon.com called the miracle of magnesium you can also learn some stuff on the internet about it too. since i started taking magnesium i feel so much better. i was having these chest pains, shortness of breath, problems with swelling in my neck. i thought i was dying. so i went to the emergency room and they did all kinds of tests the doctor ruled out that there was anything wrong with my heart. so i could not understand what was wrong with me. so i started looking on the internet using aol search and started putting my symtoms in the search field and things like mitral valve prolapse and thyroid problems, allergys started popping up, but the doc said my heart was ok. so now what. well i kept looking and searching i had to find out what was wrong with me. and it took some time but i finally started seeing links about magnesium so the more i read the more i realized that i had a magnesium deficiency. that was causing all these problems and since i started taking magnesium supplements no more chest pains and i can breath better. the swelling in my neck went down, the dark circles under my eyes is going away. i have more energy, im sleeping better. i feel better thanks to the internet. but the best way to get all your vitamins and minerals is through healthy eating. im going to get a juicer i have heard alot of good things about how healthy and great you can feel when you get all the right things in your diet. well i hope this helps.
