Thread: AHH!!! i really need help!

i think i started my period but im not sure. im 13 and when i went to the bathroom after school today there was a REALLY dark brown spot on my underwear. it was brown enough for me to think it was diarrhea but it came out of my vagina. and theres a lot of it. im confused and a little scared. is it my period?

the only other thing it could be is if you have masturbated or had sex recently and your cherry has been popped.

to make 100% sure it is your period, wait a day and see if the amount increases. also dont be alarmed if it comes out at random times its normal for the very first time to be a little confusing. also, talk to your mom about it or an older sister or friend that has already gotten their period. your a women now!!!! welcome!!!
