Hi, I'm 17 years old and on Loestrin for painful periods. I'm not sexually active, and i've been taking the pills for about 2 years now. When I'm not on the pill I have long painful periods (usually about 7 days). Now that I'm on the pill my periods are very light and usually about 3 days. About three weeks ago I forgot to take a pill but I took one the next night and all seemed fine but then 2 weeks ago I went to the bathroom and saw brown on the toilet paper like when I'm normally starting my period, and as the days go by it gets worse and I'm finding clumps of it in the toilet. I feel like I smell as well. Is this normal? Is it because I forgot a pill? It's never happened before so I'm planning on going to the Gyno. I'm kind of worried that something isn't right, any help would be appreciated thanks!
