I am hoping someone can help me...

I am in my 20s and have been having my period for 15 years. I have always been pretty irregular. I was able to regulate my periods with birth control (they were at the same time every month then), which I was on when I was 18 for a year and then between the ages of 22-24. I went off birth control this past January. I had a period pretty much on time in Feb (after effects of the birth control?), had one late in March, then about 6 weeks after that, and now nothing. No period for 4 months (like I used to be). What is the deal? I am VERY concerned about having children. Though I am not actively trying now, my fiance and I are not careful at all (and I'm not pregnant). I would like to have children within 2-3 years. What could this be? Will I need to be on Clomid or whatever to get pregnant? If I do not have a period, that means I haven't ovulated since spring, right? Drs. in the past have been unconcerned.

is your vitamin k level low i read on the internet that you will have irregular periods if it is low and make sure you are getting enough magnesium too these two are more important then people know. and make sure you get all your vitamins a - zinc. and when you are trying to get pregant folic acid is very important in preventing birth defects. but do reaserch on the internet and find the same info i did about how important nutrition is. try getting a juicer and driking your friuts and veges its really good for you. shop around find a good one i have a jack lalane juicer its the best for only $99.
