Also sometimes we as Women need a clean out, don't ask me why I often say it's beautiful to be a Woman and then in the same breathe and Goodness I hate it too.. in those instances, or others.

You may need a curet, not sure if I spelt that right but sometimes, we just need a helping hand with nature.
