very scared & worried

ok.. so... i've been noticing that after i have an orgasm i bleed, not right away but when i go to the bathroom.
it started maybe 2 years ago and it wasnt that bad but now, its coming out heavier and dark and there is some clotting.
i'm a very shy person and it took me this long just to come on the computer and write this so i'm scared to tell a doctor or my family..
Any suggestions? please..

The powerful uterine contractions of orgasm can really get things moving in the period department. If it happens when your period is not due, you should definately go see a Nurse Practitioner or a doctor - it could be a birth control side effect.
