hi! i'm a new member of WH..i'm really happy that i joined here coz i can gather facts which are very helpful to my health..

i'm young and in-love and i got some problem about my menstrual cycle..i usually skip 2-3 months unvisited..i'm feeling crazy right now coz i don't know what remedy i can use to normalize this hormonal imbalance..i'm really worried coz maybe this imbalance might complicate to something worse..(infertility)

according to my doctor, i'm having this irregularity so she let me took pills(althea) to regulate my flow and i took it for 5 months..and my cycles went well but when i stopped taking pills i'm back to usual....guys,please help me..i went over the net to research for remedies but it seemed that the medicines can only be bought abroad..and it is really difficult to determine if i'm pregnant or what coz my cycles are unpredictable..please help me..
please give me some facts for me to clear my mind about my situation right now..

    hoping for your responses..

    thank you so much!

This is confusing, are you trying to conceive? How long have you been in this relationship? You were on the pill and now that you are having sex, you quit taking it? Why didn't you just stay on it? I think we need a bit more detail here.

    thank you bluey...
i guess you're right.. as we age, our hormones that regulate our cycles will be normal and when the time comes we gave birth, the percentage of having normal flows will increase..that's what my doctor told me,,and i guess i'm not alone in the world having hormonal imbalance...thank you so much for the polite reply..God Bless you!

Lightbulb Have you heard of Natural Body in Balance?

In case,. you are looking for a genuine solution, opt for bio identical hormone. Youcan undergo HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy). Consult a medical practioner who can guide you.

This also was something I experienced. You need to see your dr. again. I believe you will need to stay on the pill for a long term fix. Otherwise your body's hormone levels will be out of wack. It really works.
