Thread: please help, really worried about brown discharge:(. not on birth control

about mid way through my cycle i started spotting brown blood and also sometimes it had brown clots. i thought nothing of it and thought it would go away. its now been 7 days and it is lighter than it was and there are no clots at the moment, it's mostly only there when i wipe. i'm 19 years old and on no form of birth control i had protected sex with my boyfriend about 2 weeks ago and the condom didn't break. my cycles normally pretty regular and i'm now due on in a week. Is this anything i should be concerned about? or shall i just let it run its course and wait till my period comes and then it should go? i should also add i have spotted between periods before but i'm not sure i've ever spotted this long.

I would be very grateful for any answers, i am feeling a bit concerned at the moment

Have you gotten a pap smear recently? I have a "sensitive cervix" and I bleed like that afterwards.
