Thread: Brown menstrual Cycle?

I'm seventeen and I am a virgin.
I've had problems ever since I started three years ago.
But this is the second month in the row.
That I have had brown periods.
I didn't have a period last month just discharged brown stuff.
And I have pain around the overy area.
And the discharge has a smell.
What should I do?
Please help.

Do you wear tampons. I use to have the same problem until I stopped using tampons. The tampons do not allow everything to be released. The blood sometimes stays there. So, when you get your next period the blood is brown and it smells. Because it is old blood. Using pads now and I don't cramp as much as I use to.
