HELP
I have my period and the pain is UNBARABLE ! I am at work so I cannot rest with a heat pack, i have had period pain tablets but it won't go away

Sure, heat bag tonight I am sure, and I understand in certain jobs you can't relieve.
WALK, WALK , WALK I suffer and that's what I do before i work, drink water and it's changed the pain pattern... I mentioned this some what Sourpuss 12 months ago?
Think also , woman sensual, I am woman.... "mental thoughts" work... I changed the thought pattern to OMG period "pain" to pfttttt woman's thing it hurts, I am going to walk, and off I went and away it went.... seriously ...
Have a go... can't lose on that note...
