Sorry I'm confused. You're 14 years old? Or you're 14 days late?
Either way - yes, you could be pregnant. Are you? No, probably not.
Go out and buy a home test kit, use it, see it come up negative and then relax. Stress is a very regular cause of late periods.
You say at the end of your post that your period is due soon (I guess that answers my first question) - how soon? What date did your last period start? When did you have sex, how many days into your cycle? I understand you say he didn't ejaculate in you but did you have penetrative sex without a condom more than once? Did a condom fail, break on you? When exactly did you take the morning after pill, how many days after the unprotected sex?
Just so you know, even if your bf did not ejaculate in you there is a possibility he could have released some 'pre-ejaculate' (aka 'pre-cum') inside you. Pre-ejaculate is seminal fluid produced as a sort of lubrication prior to ejaculation. The fluid produced does not contain sperm but on its way through the tubes it can 'collect' sperm from a previous ejaculation. That sperm can easily be viable and can, of course, get a woman pregnant. This is why even "a lil tiny bit of unprotected sex" is not safe and you have no way of knowing that no sperm went into you.
Like I said - I really doubt you are pregnant. Please don't have unprotected sex again. I know it feels good and it might make you feel closer or more intimate but it just isn't worth the risk.
Now let us sport us while we may; / And now, like am'rous birds of prey,
Rather at once our time devour, / Than languish in his slow-chapp'd power.
Let us roll all our strength, and all / Our sweetness, up into one ball;
And tear our pleasures with rough strife / Thorough the iron gates of life.
Thus, though we cannot make our sun / Stand still, yet we will make him run.
