Could be old blood mixed with body fluids... did he use protection, if not did he ejaculate inside of you? If so semen may leak out for a few days, if you lost your virginity there may have and likely been bleeding.. the mixture of the two discharging could create a brownish effect I imagine. If you have any pain you should see a doctor, if this continues you should see a doctor. Now that you are having sex, you should see a doctor regardless to have yourself examined and you can talk to them about this during your visit.
