How old are you? Look into diet. Food and Mood would be a good book to read through, The Women's Advantage Diet would be another and third really good one, If You Love Me Don't Feed Me Junk. Food is chemicals and it all affects your body and your moods. You might want to educate yourself about BGH and it affect on humans. It can really mess up your hormones. Educate yourself, follow up with your doc and give serious consideration to removing all non organic dairy products and meats from your diet.
