Ok not the most original title. So anyway, I have been having strange periods since my daughter was born almost 6 years ago. I have mostly attributed it to being under crazy stress and having had two c-sections, but recently things have been changing a bit. I have been pretty regular as far as length of cycle, with some being longer, but never really shorter than 28 days. All of a sudden my last two cycles were 23 and then 20 days(I know not too odd, but there is more) Also, since they have become shorter, they have become lighter, and the actual bleeding is shorter(used to be 5-8 days, very heavy days 2-6, the last two have been 4 days with one heavy day and then three days, with no really heavy day at all). My cramping has changed, too...all of a sudden I seem to start cramping 1 to 1 1/2 weeks pre-period, and I'm having pain all through my back and up my sides to my chest. I do intend to see my gyn as soon as work slows down a bit and I can get a day off...just looking for some insight....TIA
