I'm just wondering if anyone has had any symptoms like this as I have never been irregular. I had my regular cycle at the end of April and didn't get the next one until early June. Normally my period starts in the middle of the night and this one started in mid-day. It was brown and sticky looking. It lasted about a day. Then nothing for a day, then it was just more like spotting on Sunday morning and stopped again. On Monday I bled really bright red blood for about 2 hours and then it all quit. I started getting some heartburn, which I have never had before, but that only lasted a couple of days.

Now it is two weeks later and it feels like my period is on its way again. I have super tender breasts and some abdominal cramping, sometimes it's a bit sharp and sometimes it is just like a normal pre-menstrual cramp. I am not on birth control and do have unprotected sex with my monogamous partner. I have taken 2 HPT's, both negative. Did I test too soon or could something else be going on? Any suggestions would be great, I plan on seeing a doctor soon, but just wanted to know if anyone else has been through something similar.
