Yes I did read the missed period FAQ but I still would like someopinions on this.
My last period was December 14th. (It was 2 weeks late at the time, hence coming in the middle of the month.)
Last year my period was irregular almost every month due to stress.
In January of this year I went on a diet. There would be days where I hardly ate anything. I exercised more than I ever have in my life and lost about 12 pounds.
The first week of February I was still on my diet and I had stopped exercising towards the last week of January. After the first week of February I went back to my old, unhealthy eating habits and probably started gaining some of the weight I had lost back.
In March I was still eating unhealthy and gaining the weight I had lost back. Towards the end of March I completely changed my sleeping schedule. Instead of going to bed at 5AM and waking up at 1PM I started going to bed at 11PM and waking up at 6AM.
Towards the middle of April a problem arose with my boyfriend's family which stressed the both of us out ALOT. I was also still adjusting to my sleeping schedule and was starting to get worried about my period not coming. Towards the end of the month I was waiting in anticipation for my sisters new baby.
On May 1st my sister had her new baby. It was a very unexpected pregnancy so you can imagine the anxiety behind that. Towards the middle of May I bought a car and was trying to learn how to drive. I was stressing about driving because neither of my parents ever want to take me anywhere and they both get pissed at me for any little flaw. You can imagine the stress behind that!
Are these typical signs of a missed period? As I said my period was irregular all of last year due to stress as well. I know dieting, exercise and stress have alot to do with a missed period.
