Default Spotting/Day Late..QUESTIONS!

Hi, everyone..

A couple (not sure how many) weeks ago I had some spotting and now my period is a day late..any idea of what this means?

it could mean nothing. A period being a day late is nothing to throw a red flag up for. Hormones could have changed, you could have been stress the day you should have started.
